Hardware

Fast computers are used to speed development and renderings.

    Dell 8400 P-4 64-EMT processor 3.2 GHz with 3 Gigabytes of memory

            Uses 4 monitors including 1- 17", 2 - 19" and 1 - 24"  Monitors on the main computer.

 

CAD Software

Chief Architect software used for phenomenal  rendering capabilities.

 

Plotting and Copying

Hp Designjet 800 plotter used for full size construction documents (e-size color capability).

           Xerox 3030 Engineering copier used for multiple copies of plans - no piecing necessary.

Reference Accounts

        References are available on request from dozens of satisfied new home owners.

 

Note:  If you want to develop a basic floor plan yourself with one of the home design software packages, use Better Homes and Gardens Home Design developed by ART software. It is 100 percent compatible with the Chief Architect software used by ABC Drafting.  Remember it will only do the basic layout of the house and doesn't have capabilities to do a whole set of construction documents. When you are ready with your layout, bring us the file and we continue work with the plan from there.
